Brookside Flavors

Brookside Flavors, a food flavorist company, completed an expansion on their existing North office, a 227,043-square-foot office, production, and warehouse facility located at 1210 N Swift Road in Addison. The overall work consisted of converting a portion of the existing warehouse to an H3-compliant warehouse and expanding the south production office for additional office, lab and trucker space. The project also included high-end finishes for client relations areas, front façade enhancements, production waste upgrades, and new R&D labs.
