KBI Custom Case Inc., an Illinois casework manufacturer, plans to relocate its headquarters to nearby Spring Grove once it completes renovations. KBI Custom Case Inc. will occupy around 22,000 square feet of a 43,000-square-foot building located at 2503 Spring Ridge Road.
