Masterpiece International

An international freight-forwarding company recently signed a 75,000-square-foot lease in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

According to leasing company Brown Commercial Group Inc. of Chicago, freight forwarder Masterpiece International, which moves artwork, antiquities and goods in the technology, life-sciences and energy sectors, will combine several separate locations to move into the new space at 2601 Lively Blvd. near O’Hare International Airport.

“This was a challenging assignment because the tenant wanted to consolidate three locations into one in the O’Hare submarket, which has limited availability,” said Jim Pietrarosso, vice president of sales at Brown Commercial Group, in a statement.
