Turf, an acoustics company, is expanding its footprint at Chicago’s famed Merchandise Mart, now dubbed The Mart.

The new space will serve as an office and experience center for the company beginning in the spring 2024.

Turf signed a long-term lease that will see it staying on The Mart’s 10th floor, moving to a nearly 18,700-square-foot space, more than triple the size of its previous footprint.
